CHANGES - RETURNS - PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

For all cases where you wish to return or change of the product you purchased you must inform us within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt or via email at [email protected] or by phone at 2310830000.

Return conditions:

1.The product is in its original condition intact and without any damage. Proof of the store should be available.

The products to be returned must be accompanied by the original documents / documents accompanying the goods

(receipt or sales invoice, change card).

2. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

3.Returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

If for any reason the outer packing bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected and it is not possible for the courier company to mark it.

4.In case a change is requested, in Greece and Cyprus, the Customer will not be charged the cost for the first shipment of the product back to our company, in our expence, except for the subsequent shipment of the new parcel, which incurs shipping cost 5€, if the final ammount is less than 50€. This also applies when redeeming the credit balance.

5.The refund will be made by transfer to a bank account that you indicate to us, In 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us.

* The cooperating banks are Alpha Bank and Piraeus. In case of transfer, the transaction costs are shared.


6.  In clothing we can make only changes or  credit for 3 months. 

7. The change for Greece has a cost of 5 € the shipping costs and for Cyprus it is at 10 €.

8.If the new item is more valuable than your return, you pay the difference by cash on delivery or by bank deposit.

In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, your return will not be accepted. All our items go through quality control to confirm that they are in excellent condition before shipment. In the rare case of a defective item, please contact our company customer service by phone at 2310830000.
