Payment by Credit / Debit Card
You can pay for your order using a debit card, prepaid card, or credit card: Visa, MasterCard.
All transactions are carried out through the secure digital environment of Alpha Bank.

Payment via Viva
You can complete your order using Viva by selecting this payment method. IRIS and Apple Pay services are supported via Viva.

Payment with Klarna
You can pay for your order with Klarna, choosing up to 3 installments.

Bank Transfer
The transfer must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. You can deposit the total amount of your order at any bank branch.

Note: In the “reference” field of the deposit, please include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email. The beneficiary name is our company name.

For all the above payment methods, you can choose to issue an invoice by selecting the relevant option when placing your order.
Prices include VAT.
The amount deposited must match the total order value, regardless of any bank charges.
SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE
We ship your order via Geniki Taxydromiki throughout Greece within 1–4 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and strikes).
Shipping cost is €2.70 across Greece.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE GREECE
For Cyprus, delivery takes 3–5 working days via Geniki Taxydromiki, with a charge of €14. All payment methods are available.
For other countries in the EU, shipments are made via DHL.
Cash on delivery is not supported.
Shipping with a courier of your choice is possible, but the cost is not covered by our company.
