PAYMENT METHODS
- Payment by Credit/Debit Card
You may pay for your order by Debit card, Prepaid card or Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
All the transactions are carried out in the safe digital environment of Piraeus Bank
- Payment to the Courier Company upon Delivery
You may pay for your order to the courier company upon delivery either in cash, when the amount is less than 500€ or by credit/debit card.
Payment upon delivery applies only for deliveries in Greece and Cyprus and there is not an extra charge.
- Payment through Paypal
If you choose to pay through PayPal, you shall be directed to the secure website of PayPal, where you shall log-in to your account and complete the transaction.
- Bank Deposit
You must make the deposit within 24 hours from the placement of the order.
You may make the deposit at any branch of any bank.

Attention: In the “justification” box of the deposit statement you shall mention the order code that is included in the order confirmation email.
Our company will not bear any bank commissions.
Regardless of the means of payment, we may choose for an invoice to be issued by checking the relevant box when placing the order. The VAT is included.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS IN GREECE
We deliver your order by courier without any charges in Greece within 3-5 days (except for Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and strikes). If you wish for the delivery to take place on a Saturday, there is an extra charge of 2€.
You may not collect your products from our offices or our warehouse.
As mentioned above in the means of payment, the payment upon delivery has an extra charge of 5€ for deliveries in Greece and 10€ for deliveries in Cyprus.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ABROAD
We deliver your order in Cyprus within 3-4 working days by courier and an extra charge of 10€. You may place your order by choosing any means of payment other than payment upon delivery.
We shall deliver products to other countries with DHL.
It is possible to deliver by a courier of your choice but the company does not bear any relevant costs.
